This new Nikon Z 6III is more than just the successor to the Z 6II, it carries the DNA of the two flagships Z 8 and Z 9. This legacy begins with a complete overhaul of the device: from the body to the sensor to the viewfinder, Nikon strikes a big blow with a versatile hybrid packed with technological innovations! The Z 6III is equipped with a 24-megapixel full-frame back-illuminated CMOS sensor, part of the circuits of which are stacked, associated with the EXPEED 7 processor for ever higher performance in both photo and video. It integrates 5-axis sensor stabilization of up to 8 stops and the Focus point VR function which allows you to concentrate the stabilization around the focus area and not just in the center. This hybrid will offer you a much faster and more precise AF than that of the Z 6II and will be particularly effective in low light since its detection level will go up to -10 EV. As for tracking, it is capable of detecting up to 9 subjects in the human, animal and vehicle categories as well as a dedicated mode for planes. Finally, the famous 3D tracking will also be there to catch subjects with unpredictable movements, which is formidable in sports photography. On the burst side, the Nikon Z 6III offers the possibility of going up to 20 images/second in RAW and much more in JPEG with bursts of 30 to 60 i/s in full definition and even up to 120 i/s (with a DX crop at 10MP)... All with AF/AE tracking and a gigantic buffer for extended bursts without loss of speed! In video, the Nikon Z 6III will allow you to record 6K RAW 60p internally but also in PRoRes RAW. You can also shoot 4K RAW at up to 120p (in N-RAW with DX crop) and 60p (ProRes RAW without crop). Nikon also offers Full HD 240p for stunning 10x slow motion. For audio, Nikon has integrated a line input to record professional-quality audio into the camera for clearer, richer sound that is less prone to interference or unwanted background noise.
