Varizoom's VZ Pro-PZFI Zoom/Focus/Iris Controller for Select Panasonic Cameras has both a 2.5 and 3.5mm plug that allows you to control your Panasonic camcorder with a 2.5mm zoom/start-stop port and a 3.5mm focus/iris port.
