Tenba Memory Foam Shoulder Strap
Made of strong and durable seatbelt-style webbing, it has strong metal clips you can use to install the strap on just about any bag that has standard D-rings. It has a 2" wide pad to disperse the bag's weight and the layered foam padding cushions the strap on your shoulder. The pad can be removed from the strap and installed on another - allowing you to instantly improve the carrying comfort of virtually any bag. Silicone-coated material on the bottom ensures a nonslip grip when you're wearing it.
