TRAVELER SINGLE BATTERY CHARGER
The RP-DC30 digital compact traveler battery charger conveniently charges all kinds of batteries, drawing power from either an AC wall source or a 12V DC power source. Using easily interchangeable plates, the compact charger can be used for world-wide brand battery models.
Charging Technology
Intelligent charging systems integrate the control systems within the charger and the electronics within the battery to allow precision control over the charging process. As a safety precaution with high-capacity batteries, a pre-charging stage is used. The charging cycle is initiated with a low current. If there is no corresponding rise in the battery voltage, it indicates that there is possibly a short circuit in the battery (zero volt activation). Constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) charging mode is an effective way to charge lithium batteries. When a lithium battery is nearly empty, we take constant current to charge it. Charger CPU automatically adjusts charging current to be lower than the max charging current that the battery can accept. With constant charging, the voltage of the battery rises slowly until it reaches a maximum voltage at which point the charger switches the charging method to “constant voltage” and reduces the charging current. When the battery is fully charged, this state is stopped.
Exchangeable Power Plugs
With exchangeable international ( Eu-Euro, US-America, UK-United Kingdom) power plugs, the travel sized RP-DC30 can be used world-wide.Just simply use the appropriate snap-in supplied power plug model, with respect to the AC power standard you are located in, and begin charging your batteries.
2-step LED Indicator Display
2 Color LED display shows the charge status of the battery. Red indicates recharging while green indicates fully charged.
In Car Use
With a 12V DC power you can use the charger in a car, plane, bus or any location with a 12V DC power supply.
Interchangeable Battery Plates
With easily interchangeable battery plates, designed for use with digital charger models RP-DC50, RP-DC40 and RP-DC30, the intelligent charger can be used for all world brand battery models. This economical option of interchangeable plates allows you to charge many different types of batteries, all with one charger. The charger automatically sets charging voltage and charging current for the designed battery. This leaves no space for charging error!
