Porta Brace POL-FS7XL
The Polar Bear Camera Cover from Porta Brace is designed to protect and insulate your Sony PXW-FS7 camera with XDCA extension and battery in cold temperatures with its phase-change material (PCM) design. PCM stores and releases heat whether changing from solid to gas, liquid to gas, or solid to liquid.
This is a fully insulated cover featuring an anti-slip collar that wraps around the lens or matte box for maximum protection from the elements. The lining reflects the heat back towards the camera, preventing it from freezing up. The cover seals with three zippers which make it quick and easy to put on and remove.
Access to the viewfinder is not obstructed, and the cover accommodates room for a shotgun mic on top and an XDCA extension unit with a battery installed. Your tripod is accessible through a central opening that is secured with a zipper. For operating convenience and comfort, the hand openings on the case are cotton-lined. A set of hand-warming Polar Heat Packs which fit into pockets of the two hand openings is included.
