The FlexScan EV2495 with 1920x1200 pixels is a USB-C docking monitor with Daisy Chain function to streamline hot-desking and remote working. It features a high-quality IPS panel with flicker-free LED backlighting, offers the widest possible viewing angle of 178 °, and consumes an average of only 11 watts.
Multi-port monitor incl. USB Type C with charging function
This monitor is equipped with a USB Type C port. A single USB Type C cable allows simultaneous transmission of video / audio and data signals, as well as charging of electronic devices such as laptop or smartphone ( 70 watts). With fewer cables required, cabling is simplified, saving you time.
A stable network connection
While many modern laptops don't come with a dedicated LAN port, the monitor does have one - built-in straightforward for a stable wired connection. Connecting any laptop via USB Type-C allows network access through the monitor. This allows you to make conference calls or transfer data reliably and at high speed.
Efficient Multiple Display Installation
The monitor's USB Type-C connector supports daisy-chaining for easy connection of multiple monitors through a single video signal output. This allows you to easily connect up to two (EV2795) or four (EV2495) monitors and quickly display multiple applications simultaneously for increased efficiency.
Tidy wiring with Daisy Chain
Thanks to Daisy Chain several monitors can be connected to each other using several short cables, instead of connecting several long cables to the PC. This allows for simple cable management and also reduces clutter on and behind the desk.
Protected by compatibility tests
It is sometimes difficult to know whether Daisy Chain is compatible or not with your system. EIZO tests current PCs on the market to ensure they are compatible with daisy chain and FlexScan monitors.
Integrated KVM switch for operation with multiple PCs
The monitor's upstream USB Type B and Type C ports have a built-in KVM function, allowing users to use a single mouse and keyboard for up to two connected PCs, making the workspace even cleaner. The KVM switch can be controlled through the OSD menu. This switches the devices connected to the monitor's USB hub and network port to the selected PC.

Flexible support
Ergonomics and stability: the adjustable foot focuses on ergonomics. You can rotate, swivel and tilt the foot to adapt it to your back, neck and sitting position. The height of the foot is infinitely adjustable and can be lowered almost to the base of the stand. This allows you to position the top line of the image ergonomically below eye level. At maximum height, the user can also comfortably place a small laptop under the screen to save space even in the tightest work areas.

Thanks to this support bracket, you can easily and space-savingly mount a mini-PC or a thin client on the back of the monitor. The support flange has a VESA mounting plate and is ideal for products with VESA threaded connections.
Auto EcoView - optimizes brightness for you
To prevent eye fatigue, the Auto EcoView sensor automatically adjusts the screen brightness optimally by automatically adapting it to changing ambient lighting. With Auto EcoView you save up to 60% of consumption compared to a monitor with 100% brightness.
Clear visibility from all angles
The FlexScan models featuring a high quality IPS panel with LED backlighting offer a fabulous 178 ° viewing angle and realistic color rendering. In the event of side vision, the contrast and shades of the display remain stable, which is an advantage especially in multi-screen configurations and if the user adopts a particular sitting position. The vision thus always remains optimal.
Less blue light emission - Paper-Mode keeps your eyes healthy
The negative influence of blue light on the health of the eyes is a subject that is still little considered. It is precisely the high-energy blue light that can irreversibly damage the retina and retinal pigment epithelium. Standard LCD monitors have a preset color temperature value of 6500 Kelvin, which is found to be very bright in blue light. The Paper-Mode of the EIZO monitors automatically increases the emission of red light and at the same time reduces the proportion of blue light. This massively protects your eyes during intense work on the monitor and reduces eye strain.
Flicker-free images thanks to flicker free LED technology
The technique commonly used for adjusting the brightness of the LED backlighting of monitors causes flickering images that tire the eyes on a daily basis. The FlexScan EV series monitors use a new hybrid technology developed by EIZO. They adapt the brightness so that the user does not perceive any flickering, thus avoiding eye fatigue. And this without any renunciation, like eg. color stability.
Brightness capacity from 1 to 100%
In a dimly lit environment, a monitor with high brightness values is more pleasant for the user. Thanks to its LED backlights, this monitor is adjustable up to 1 cd / m².
Anti-reflective panel
The anti-glare screen reduces eye fatigue caused by light reflections. All EcoView models from EIZO offer a completely anti-glare surface.
One monitor, several connections
The monitor is equipped with one USB Type C port and three USB Type A ports for easy connection to multiple devices without the need for a docking station. This is useful when using a laptop with limited USB ports or for streamlining connection to workstations in home office or hot office environments. The monitor also features HDMI and DisplayPort inputs for added flexibility.
Quick Release
With the "Quick Release" system, the foot can be easily removed at the push of a button. Thanks to the practical carrying handle on the back, the monitor can be easily transported. In addition, the cable cover at the back of the stand makes it easier to handle cables and keeps the work area free.

This monitor has front speakers which are inserted into the narrow bezels.
Precise color adjustment
Color reproduction is managed by a 10-bit internal reference table (LUT). A more precise graduation of the chromatic information is thus obtained than with an 8-bit table. By adjusting the color temperature, the white point values can be adjusted between 4000K, 10000K in steps of 500K. In addition, the saturation (gain) of the RGB colors can be adjusted separately.
LED backlighting: Reduced consumption, longer lifespan
Compared to a traditional CCFL backlight, LED backlights consume significantly less energy, giving off less heat and providing a longer lifespan.
Naturally, the LED backlight is mercury free and therefore less polluting for the environment.
0 watt in "off" mode
All FlexScan EV models have a mechanical power switch, which helps prevent power consumption when the monitor is off. In "standby" mode, consumption is a maximum of 0.5 watts.
Ecological labels
The new FlexScan models are among the first monitors in the world to meet the very strict TCO Certified Generation 8 directive. They also meet the requirements of strict international labels for ergonomics and energy saving, such as EPEAT, EPA Energy Star and TÜV / Ergonomics.
Screen InStyle Software
EIZO's free Screen InStyle software allows easy management of monitor settings such as power consumption, color, brightness and Gamma.

Sustainable development and long life
FlexScan monitors are designed for a long lifespan - typically well beyond the five-year warranty. Spare parts are available for a maximum of five years after the end of production. The entire cycle of use takes into account the impact on the environment, as durability and repairability save resources and the climate. In designing our monitors, we have paid attention to low resource consumption with high quality components and materials as well as careful production.
