BirdDog Mini HDMI to NDI Encoder
The BirdDog Mini HDMI to NDI Encoder is a tiny NDI interface for HDMI video sources. Connect your camera or other video source, and have it instantly be available on your NDI-enabled network. Despite its size, the BirdDog Mini supports 1080p resolutions up to 59.94 fps. PoE is accepted, so the Mini can be powered via network connection; no power supply needed. Tally information is displayed and passed through to compatible equipment. The small size of the Mini will make it at home in studios and video production facilities utilizing NDI technology.
Tally Support
A built-in bi-color tally display can show video source on-air info. Tally information is also passed through to supported monitoring equipment.
Flexible Power Options
Power the Mini via DC input from your camera battery's D-tap, or use a separately available power adapter. Power can also be supplied over Ethernet using a PoE-enabled switcher or injector.
Comms
The Mini natively supports BirdDog Comms technology.
BirdDog Link
The Mini supports BirdDog Link. Encode from any BirdDog Studio NDI or Mini and play out to a TV or monitor.

Ich beutze den Bird Dog zusammen mit einer Hand Kamera von Canon und der OBS Software für kleine Streaming Produktionen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden auch mit dem Label BirdDog. Neuste NDI Realeses werden sofort implementiert... Die Tally funktion ist natürlich super, Das gegensprechen habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert und auch noch nicht benötigt, ist aber auch via NDI angebunden. PoE ist auch super, mit einem guten Kamera Akku braucht man noch ein Kabel... Was halt ist bei NDI: man muss sich ein wenig mit Netzwerktechnik auskennen und gute Perepherie haben. www.webperformer.ch Simon Hess
