Samyang 20mm f / 1.8 ED AS UMC Canon M
Samyang 20mm f / 1.8 ED AS IF UMC is a very bright wide-angle lens. The optical structure consists of 13 lens elements in 12 groups where three of the lens elements are in high quality ED glass with low color dispersion and two of the lens elements are aspherical. All lenses have a multi-layer antireflex treatment of UMC type that provides outstanding light penetration.
This lens is delivered to most of the most popular SLR cameras with either full-format, APS-C or smaller image sensors, and covers most digital SLRs on the market: Canon, Nikon AE, Pentax, Fujifilm, Four Thirds and Sony Alpha.
On full-format cameras, the lens is a high-quality wide-angle lens suitable for architectural and landscape photography. Photographers who have cameras with APS-C sensor get a perfect lens for photojournalism and landscape photography. Mounted on a Four Thirds sensor, the lens becomes a very bright normal lens similar to 40mm focal length.
